I am talking to the people who are hooked on mouth watering, delectable, fabulous smelling, chocolate. Yes we are a country that is hooked on chocolate. You can smell chocolate from across the room. When you see a candy bar or box of chocolates sitting in a bag or on a table or in your purse your mouth salivates. Your mind is fixed on one thing.
Get that chocolate out of the wrapper and crushed into your teeth and down my throat and into my stomach.
Wow! Some people think chocolate is better than sex. Let's think about this. When you have sex you are exercising and burning calories, but when you eat chocolate it will give you an instant energy pick me up but think of the sugar and the calories.
Think of your teeth rotting out of your mouth and your outrageous dentist bills. Chocolate is nothing but sugar. Sugar comes in many names.

2. Corn syrup
3. Demerara Sugar
4. Dextrose
5. Free Flowing Brown Sugars
6. Fructose
7. Galactose
8. Glucose
9. High Fructose
Corn Syrup
10. Honey
11. Invert Sugar
12. Lactose
13. Malt
14. Maltodextrin
15. Maltose
16. Maple syrup
17. Molasses
18. Muscovado or Barbados Sugar
19. Panocha
20. Powdered or confectioner's sugar
21. Rice Syrup
22. Sucrose
23. Sugar (granulated)
24. Treacle
25. Turbinado sugar
The next time you eat a candy bar think I am eating 22 teaspoons of sugar. Maybe take one or two bites. The next day you can have one or two bites and continue on until the candy bar is finished. We can eat sugar in moderation. The problem is just about every food consumed today has some form of sugar in it. All this sugar keeps adding up into our system until our health is affected.
